Ahh, yes, I was able to locate the files for the awn. I'll restart now and see if it downloaded correctly. Thanks for the help. I did everything on that 5 things to do list. Anymore sites like that that'll tell me some useful apps to get my hands on?

So I finally got out to visit my boy. We went down to a river, made a fire and sat around. Then we went back to his place to start a movie while he cooked dinner... it wasn't so bad, well except for the fact that he invited another girl along. Talk about awkward! Ah, I feel now is a good time to give up. I didn't even have time to talk to him about "us" or anything really, so I'm guessing since he hasn't tried to do anything in a while that he just doesn't feel the same anymore. I guess I need to stop getting attached to bad guys. :[

I tried to get the AWN, but I can not find a clear cut way of downloading it. :/

I think I'm going to take a training class to get very familiar with Ubuntu, since I don't have 10 years experience that I had with Windows. Its pretty neat, the way you use the terminal for installing. You can relitively download about anything with it. I've been kind of confused with a lot of downloads though, everyhting seems to be made for Windows. Then there are the knock-offs for Linux. Do I download stuff that's .bz2 or .bz?

Any music players that will play all media files on one program? like itunes.

Don't you find it odd that people need to deal with lawyers, wills, life insurance, funeral arrangements, etc after losing a loved one? I wouldn't be able to do it. Knowing me, I'd curl up in a ball and stay in bed for about a week or ten. I guess I need to man up, huh. Can't deal with problems like that in this "real world" we all live in.

I'm doing pretty well, actually. Talking to my mom again! We pretty much pretend our argument never took place.

I haven't worked out details w/ Michel yet. Things are still in the "hey, this would be a fun idea" stage and not in the "ok, this is how it's gonna happen" stage. He does know I might be coming, though :)

Eh, I'm ok I guess. Even though I desperately needed a break from classes, I haven't really been enjoying my time home. I only talk to about three friends from high school/home, two of which are dating, so I never really do much. Also, things at home have been pretty tense for some reason. So, I'm on a quest for a studio apartment at school so I won't have to come home as frequently. I'm looking forward to going back to school, but not back to classes. Things with my boy don't seem to be getting much better either, so I don't really have much to look forward to. Plus, I'm a bum and I don't have a job here (which I get so much shit for from my dad) so I just sit around on my butt all day if I'm not out with friends or shopping. :[
